Which plan is right for me?
Basic if you are fine pouring salt yourself and just want it dropped at the door with 10% off service. Premium if you never want to carry or pour a bag again and want priority service in 24 to 48 hours. Platinum if you want it completely hands-off: unlimited salt, no labor charges on repairs, an annual filter change and a lifetime warranty on the softener. Most customers land on Premium.
Do I need a Taplin softener to join?
The memberships are built around Taplin systems. If you have another brand, call us: we service and repair softeners of any make, and we can tell you what applies.
How is it billed?
Monthly. Pick a plan, give us the delivery address, and the first delivery is scheduled. Call 763-427-2764 for contract length and cancellation terms.
