What we collect

The details you give us when you ask for an estimate, buy a membership, use the chat assistant or call the voice assistant: name, phone, email, service address and what you tell us about your water.

How we use it

To quote, install and service your system, deliver your salt, bill your membership and reply to your questions.

Calls and chats

Conversations with the chat and voice assistants are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up. This section must state how long they are kept.

Who we share it with

The providers that run payments, phone and messaging for us. We do not sell your information.

How to ask for a copy of your information, correct it or have it deleted.
