The site describes our products and services. Prices shown are starting prices with installation included; the final quote depends on a water test.

Care-Free memberships

Billing is monthly. This section must state the minimum term, how deliveries are scheduled, how to change or cancel a plan and what happens to unused salt.

Payments

How and when the card is charged, and what happens when a payment fails.

Warranties

Equipment warranties by product, and the lifetime softener warranty included with Platinum.

Chat and voice assistants

The assistants give general information and starting prices. A quote is final only when confirmed by Taplin Water.
